Are you an Executive Assistant with management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and take the lead on projects and office management duties? An established membership association in DC is hiring an Office Manager/Project Manager to manage administrative support staff and oversee the planning and implementation of many special projects throughout the year. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day operations for staff and be responsible for managing several support staff including performance reviews and evaluations. You will manage meetings and ensure policies and procedures are followed. Additionally, you will work closely with the Board of Directors to prepare meeting materials and agendas for day-to-day operations as well as special events and projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing staff, working with a board of directors, and managing projects. If selected for this position, you can expect a salary between $65,000 - $75,000 with a generous benefits package.

Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for the operations of the office
• Manage several administrative staff professionals
• Liaise with the Board of Directors to plan meetings, coordinate events and prepare materials
• Manage projects and coordinate events

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• At least three years of office experience
• Experience managing staff
• Experience coordinating and planning events
• Strong communication and organizational skills
