The Institute for Justice – the National Law Firm for Liberty – seeks an experienced Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be PMP certified and will have excellent technical, writing, and communication skills and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with some experience in grant management. The Project Manager will work across multiple departments to coordinate projects primarily related to budgeting, fundraising, and grant management.
The Project Manager will plan and implement projects, including scope definition, identification of the relevant project team, design and implement the relevant processes, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and oversee critical path and change control, all to ensure project and department goals are met within the approved budget. The Project Manager will also identify and implement the software or other IT solutions to assist with the role.
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a related field. MPA or MBA accepted in lieu of PMP certification. Compensation will be commensurate with education and experience. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
